Dirt Bag Beauty
Created by a survivor of domestic violence, Dirt Bag Beauty began as a healing spa night suggested by her daughters. Unhappy with all the unnatural ingredients in the masks they found, they decided to create a pure, natural skincare brand that contains no fillers, no preservatives, and no artificial chemicals in biodegradable packaging
As a 100% female-owned business, they have taken a pledge to help build awareness of Domestic Violence and share their story to help encourage others to seek help. In addition, a portion of all Dirt Bag proceeds are donated to Domestic Violence shelters in California.
Lancaster Stroopies
We exist to provide meaningful employment to resettled refugee women who were forced to leave their home countries. In Lancaster, PA, many of these beautiful people are working to figure out life in a new country and desire the same things we do; a community of friends, safety for their family, and a way to provide for their new life. Through paid daily English classes that teach life skills, group educational trips, and simply a safe and welcoming work environment, Stroopies is here to make an impact and to learn from the amazing women we employ.
Loose Leaf Tea Market
By the time Kita Centella was 25, she was battling multiple addictions and in prison for the second time. She met a Native American healer with a passion for the healing power of plants who mentored her. Her mission is to handcraft all-natural, artisanal loose leaf teas that taste great, promote a healthy lifestyle, and allow us to support women in need throughout their healing journey.
A portion of the proceeds goes to the House of Dawn. This non-profit provides young mothers with access to housing, childcare, parenting and life skills counseling, education, doula, and mental health services.
Nature Nates Honey
Our own Nature Nate’s family has been impacted directly and indirectly by the breast cancer health crisis. NBCF supports those facing breast cancer in our own families, in our communities and around our nation. Their mission and hard work mirrors our own commitment to help families in need. Working together, we can bring hope, help and heart to others. We are proud to platinum sponsor of the National Breast Cancer Foundation to create real change.
Social Enterprise Partners
Thistle Farms
Thistle Farms is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to helping women survivors recover and heal from prostitution, trafficking, and addiction. They provide housing, case management, healthcare, counseling, education, and employment for two years – free of charge.
Bright Endeavors
Stable, living-wage employment is an essential catalyst for economic mobility from poverty. Our comprehensive, fully paid, 16-week Job Training program blends classroom and on-the-job training at our social enterprise candle company to create positive environments of learning and employment practice for young moms 18-24 years old.

Meeting Professionals Against Human Trafficking (MPHAT)
MPHAT is a group of dedicated conference/event planners, hotel sales professionals, and audio-visual professionals who are raising awareness about human trafficking. We want to collaborate, through education and synchronization, to bring awareness to human trafficking happening in our venues, conferences, events, and sporting events. We collaborate with planning professionals to ensure there are training programs in place for venues and suppliers to recognize when something doesn’t seem right. Read more about efforts to combat trafficking in the event industry.
